About me
I am physician and specialist in cardiology. In addition to a bachelor’s degree with merit and a cum laude PhD,
I hold several master’s covering areas such as heart failure, inherited cardiomyopathies, acute care in cardiology, cardiovascular prevention and cardiac rehabilitation, and biomedical research in the healthcare environment.
I practice in the Cardiology Service of the Clínico, Malaga University Hospital, and also
offer private practice consultations in Fuengirola.
In addition to the medical care of patients, with whom I always have a personal, one-to-one relationship,
my work also covers research; I am a member of several working groups and collaborate in clinical trials and registries. Other facets of my professional life include teaching, publications in national and international specialist journals, and over 50 presentations as a speaker at cardiology conferences and congresses.
